FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK. Sorry. Just pretty pissed off at myself right now. So you know how I was on the '3 Day Diet', right. And I promised everyone results on Wednesday. Well, that's not going to happen. For two reasons. First one being: I found a few sites with the diet on it, and they said that I CANNOT replace any of the foods on there with any other foods, even if they are the same cals and protien and fat, and I already did that at breakfast and dinner. So, pretty much screwed there. Therefore, I gave up. And I PROMISE PROMISE PROMISE to myself and everyone else that I WILL do it next weekend. So after that, I was like, screw it I'm having icecream. And I inhaled 260 calories worth. Uuuugh. My cals for the day is 896 cals. Blaaah. Not as bad as it could've been. But yeah. :( Next weekend the plan is this:
Saturday - Starting the 3 Day Diet, following it EXACTLY. Sunday - Day 2 of 3 Monday - Day 3 of 3 Tuesday - Liquid Fast Wednesday - Weigh In, this time I promise to post how it went and how much I lost.

EDIT// After I went to put my bowl in the kitchen after my stupid binge.. my mom comes up and goes "You're looking skinny". That just made my day so much better. But I think she's just saying it because she's starting to notice my lack of eating..
